Shannon Wolf has more than 12 years of employment litigation and employment law advice and counsel experience. Her background includes representing both large and small businesses in employment lawsuits, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims. Her practice also includes providing advice and counseling to clients on a variety of employment issues and personnel decisions in order to help employers avoid costly legal disputes through careful planning and prevention.
Ms. Wolf has the unique experience of previously serving as a prosecutor in the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, she successfully handled both misdemeanors and felonies and presented 16 criminal case to jury trial with a high conviction rate. Ms. Wolf’s significant trial experience benefits her clients facing litigation today.
Ms. Wolf is an active member of her community and firmly believes that giving back to her community is vital. She served as a Member-At-Large on the Church Council of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Dana Point from 2013-2017 and has been an active member of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) since 2013 and currently serves as the Finance Coordinator at San Clemente Presbyterian Church’s MOPS chapter. In addition, Ms. Wolf has provided pro bono representation and counseling to select clients needing assistance.
Since 2010 Ms. Wolf has resided in San Clemente, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
