My name is Shannon Wolf and I love helping business owners.
I have more than 15 years of employment law counseling and litigation experience. My background includes representing both large and small businesses in employment lawsuits, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims. My practice also includes providing advice and counseling to clients on a variety of employment issues and personnel decisions in order to help employers avoid costly legal disputes through careful planning and prevention.
I have the unique experience of previously serving as a prosecutor in the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, I successfully handled both misdemeanors and felonies and presented 16 criminal cases to a jury trial with a high conviction rate.
My significant trial experience benefits my clients facing litigation today.
I am an active member of my community and firmly believe that giving back to my community is vital. I served as a Member-At-Large on the Church Council of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Dana Point from 2013-2017. I also was an active member of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) from 2014-2018 and served as the Finance Coordinator at San Clemente Presbyterian Church’s MOPS chapter. In addition, I have provided pro bono representation and counseling to select clients needing assistance.
Since 2010, I have resided in San Clemente and enjoy living in this beautiful beach community with my husband and two children.
