Ms. Wolf represents employers involved in various types of employment litigation, in both state and federal court as well as arbitration, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, employee theft, defamation, fraud, trade secret violations, violation of leave of absence laws, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Wolf also represents businesses facing issues with employees involved in potential violations of criminal law and has experience obtaining workplace violence restraining orders.
Further, Ms. Wolf advocates for employers before numerous state and federal agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment & Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement, the Department of Labor, the Employment Development Department, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the Division of Health and Occupational Safety (Cal/OSHA).
